Postage of The Organic Skin Co. products is through the NZ Postal service, through the World Organic distribution company. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Normal post: $5.50 (no matter the size of the parcel)
Special Delivery overnight courier: $15.50 (guaranteed next day delivery where available)

Australia
All Australia shipments will be dispatched by Australian Air Express.
Shipments within Australia will be charged at AU$10 per order.

Orders under NZ $150 - postage cost is NZ $25.00
Most destinations World Wide will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Rural destinations can take up to 15 working days. World Organic cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows; each shipment is different and will vary from Country to Country.

Customs Tariffs: The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. GST (goods and service tax) of 15% will not be charged for items delivered outside New Zealand where applicable.
Customs Declaration. A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (NZD)

Returns
The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by fax or post. World Organic hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within ten days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of ten working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by one of these methods:

• If you are a customer shopping without a World Organic consultant, please email us at: contact@worldorganic.co.nz or by calling us on the following number + 64-9-2804895 and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
• Customers will have a minimum period of 10 days during which they may cancel orders provided that subject to fair wear and tear, goods are returned in the same condition as when delivered.
• On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.
