What's The Organic Skin Co.'s rewards program all about?

Our rewards program has been created to thank and reward those of you who order from us and who participate in our community, either by following us on social media, by referring friends, or - from time to time - by participating in the community conversations and giveaways that we'll offer you as part of your rewards membership.

Who can join?

It's free to join and entry is open to anyone interested in great skin, giveaways, and ongoing conversations and education about wellbeing and beauty! Enrollment is automatic once you sign up and create an account.

What do I get for joining?

You get a big virtual hug from us, and 1,000 points automatically allocated to your account. You also get points for engaging with us (e.g. following us on social media or providing a review) and you receive points for every dollar you spend. There's no limit to the amount of points you can accrue!

Do my points have an expiry date?

Your points are yours to use for as long as you remain an active member of our community. If your account has been inactive for any 12-month period, meaning you haven't shopped with us in that time, then your points will expire.

How do I reach and maintain higher levels in the club?

There are three levels in our loyalty program, and your level is determined by the number of points you earn, either by shopping with us or engaging in our community. Once you attain a certain level, you will - as a minimum - retain membership of that level for a period of 12 months. At the end of that time, if you haven't earned sufficient points to meet the criteria for that level, then you will drop down to the level below. If you are at tier level one, and have been inactive for a period of 12 months, your account will expire.

Whatā€™s the birthday gift?

Your account will be automatically credited with 1,000 points on your birthday.

Where can I check my points balance?

Once you've created your store account, you will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program and will be able to see your points balance whenever you log into your account.


As well as your current points balance, you will be able to see pending points (points that will be added to your balance as soon as they have been approved).

What happens to my points if I cancel or refund an order?

If you cancel or return an order or part of an order, any points you have earned from that order or part-order will be deducted from your account.


Alternatively, if you have used points as part of your purchase order, and you return that order, you will automatically get your points back.

I completed an activity but donā€™t seem to have earned any points.

Some activities or purchases require approval, which may take a few days to be processed by our system. These points will be listed as 'Pending' in your account and will be added to your overall points after approval. Please note that you cannot use Pending Points to set against your purchase.

What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns her order?

If this happens, any pending points from the referral will be cancelled and removed from your balance.

Where can I report a problem or give feedback?

We always welcome feedback as it gives us the chance to be better and do better! If you have a problem or want to give feedback, then reach out to us at contact@theorganicskinco.com and we'll aim to reply within 2 business days.

How do I leave the Loyalty Club?

If you no longer wish to be part of the program and earn points, email us at contact@theorganicskinco.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you'll lose any points you have accrued.

Can I refer as many friends as I like, or is there a limit?

Feel free to refer as many friends as you like. Thereā€™s no limit to the number of referrals you can send out, even if you have hundreds of friends (lucky you)! The only rider is that you can only refer each friend once.

How do I get in contact with my friend, to let them know about The Organic Skin Co. and the referral opportunity?

Referring is easy. Simply log in to your account and click the SHARE THE LOVE button on your account page or visit the Rewards page. You can send a friendly, automatic invitation by clicking on the email icon and filling in your friendā€™s email address, or ā€“ if you want to personalize your referral further ā€“ by copying your unique link code and sending yourself. Be sure to check in with your friend when you get the chance, to make sure theyā€™ve checked their inbox!

What happens if my friend purchases some products from The Organic Skin Co., but doesnā€™t use their $15 code?

If your friend purchases without the code, we wonā€™t be able to link them back to you and you wonā€™t receive your 1,500 points ($15). You can be pretty sure though, that theyā€™ll use their code. After all, itā€™s a sweet deal!

itā€™s a sweet deal! Can I refer a friend who has purchased from your site previously?

No, sorry. You can only refer friends who havenā€™t previously purchased products from our website.

Can I use more than 1,500 points off at any one time, if Iā€™ve had multiple successful referrals?

You bet! Your points are yours to use. The only restriction relates to the maximum number of points you can use with any one purchase, which is 4,000 points ($40).
