We’ve done all we can to source the very best shipping and postal services available and we make it a priority to get your order out the door the moment we receive it.

Here’s what you need to know about shipping and how long your order will take to reach you:

  • Free shipping for all orders over $50 (US), within the continental US.
  • For orders under $50 within the continental US, a standard shipping fee of $4.95 (US) applies.
  • A flat shipping fee of $25 (US) applies to all orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • All orders are provided with a tracking number.
  • Deliveries should arrive within 2-7 business days, with the exception of deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska.* 
  • Free shipping for all orders over $75 (NZ/ AUS)
  • For orders under $75, a standard shipping fee of $4.95 (NZ/ AUS) applies.
  • All orders are provided with a tracking number.

How Do I get a Refund, Exchange or Replacement?

We hope that you’re so happy with your order that you decide to stay with us forever! But we also know that the world is rarely perfect. Even though our products generally work beautifully on sensitive skins, it may be that yours reacts to one of the many active natural ingredients in the product you’ve purchased. Or maybe your product has been damaged in transit or it simply doesn’t work for you.

Whatever the case, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods. All you need to do is contact us within 30 business days of your receipt of goods.

Generally, we won’t expect you to return your order, but there may be circumstances where we'll want to check out what’s gone wrong. If that happens to be the case with your order, we’ll arrange for the products to be returned to us.
